TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DISTRIBUTORS
- All Goods are manufactured to order and cannot be replaced due to incorrect ordering.
- All faulty goods will be replaced at our expense.
- All orders are subject to acceptance by our Nottingham office.
- All prices exclude carriage, packing and VAT at the current rate.
- Payment terms: credit card/pro forma/cheque with order.
- Applications for credit and credit limits are subject to the approval of our debt insurers.
- Credit Account Payment Terms are 30 days from date of invoice.
- Invoice queries must be notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
- Every effort is made to ensure that signs and other products conform to current legislation or standards. These may be subject to change and it is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that products are used in appropriate situations.
- A minimum order charge of £50.00 applies to all distributor accounts.
- Prices may be subject to change due to fluctuations in material prices and Archer Signs reserve the right to increase their prices as necessary.
- Distributor orders will only be accepted from the approved distributor and not from any third party.
